Terms and conditions, reservation and cancellation conditions
Reservation conditions:
Bookings are only possible for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Information about free parking spaces and rooms will be provided by telephone. However, reservations will only be accepted and carried out in writing, by fax or email with a full address. Once the reservation deposit has been received in our bank account (within 15 days of receiving our reservation letter), the reservation is binding for us (rooms and seats are subject to change).
Cancellations:
If the reservation period is not adhered to, the stay will be charged for the entire period in the event of early departure. If the reserved vacation period is not used or canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards another booking. In the event of short-term cancellations, additional cancellation costs may apply.

Extending your stay independently without consulting reception is not permitted!
Waste separation: We separate our waste – please follow the rules
Arrival – Departure: Arrival from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., departure within 11 a.m.
Restaurant: In case of food intolerances or allergies, we ask you to inform us in advance. We would be happy to consult with you and adjust our menu offerings for those affected. Depending on the additional effort, we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.
